I'm seeing more and more commercials for Clorox Green Works products. They are advertised as 99% natural and biodegradable. Hmmm. Am I the only one concerned here? Do we want to be buying "green" products from a company that produces mega tons of hazardous household chemicals each year? Wouldn't it make more sense to buy green cleaning products from a company known to be environmentally friendly for the entire fifty years of their existence? Or, think about this... Even if the Green Works products were safe for our health and the environment, wouldn't the sheer volume of plastic bottles going to landfills be a bit contradictory? Wouldn't "green clean" include minimal packaging and concentrated products?
